How can we place an order?
You can place an order in two ways:
- Login to your account at this website, add to cart the products that you would like to order and the quantities and confirm the order. This process will create a purchase order in your account.
- Send us a purchase order to our Toll-free Fax # 1-866-875-3063. Please include for each product the SKU, Name and quantity.
How do you ship my order and how do you charge for the shipping?
We package our products in a very safe and protective way to avoid damage during shipment.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and the size of the packages and will be calculated when the order is ready for shipping.
Unless otherwise requested, all domestic U.S. shipments will be shipped via FedEx Ground within 2 days of payment confirmation.
How can we pay for an order?
We accept most of the major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
If you would like to establish terms with us please prepare your credit sheet and fax it to us at the time of your order to our Toll-free Fax # 1-866-875-3063.
When will we get the products after we place the order?
We strive to stock most of our products in our warehouse.
If the products are in stock and you have established terms with us or you choose to pay with a credit card, your order will be shipped within 48 hours.
Where do you ship the products from?
We offer our products FOB Marietta, GA.
What is your minimum?
The minimum order must meet or exceed $150.00.
Do you have the puzzles solutions available?
All our puzzles and games come with a printed solution / instructions inside their packing unless otherwise stated (in the product detailed page).
What is your return policy?
- Damaged or defective item: We take great measures to ensure your order is properly packed and that all products are in good conditions. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 10 days of the shipment date and send us back the items. We will fully refund or send a replacement at no additional charge.
- Other returned items:
- Merchandise returned for any other reasons than damaged or defective must be returned within 20 days of purchase, provided all items are unused and in their original wrapping.
- It is the responsibility of the shipper to insure that the merchandise is properly packed. If the returned merchandise damaged in transit due to poor packing, no credit will be issued.
- Refund for the item will be issued after we received and inspected the item for resale quality.
- Any returns done after 20 days of purchase and up to 60 days, will be charged for restocking fee of 25%.
- Any returns done after 60 days of purchase will be refused.
